The day I went into labor at 39 weeks and today at 5 weeks postpartum.
Only breastfeeding, no working out.
I look about when I was 20 weeks pregnant, just need to lose that little pooch and get retoned.
Going to start doing easy workouts today and next week at 6 weeks postpartum I’ll try hitting it harder. Don’t want to rush anything I did have stitches!
